What is Harbor Street?
Harbor Street was created to bring a high-quality, elevated experience to those who want to enhance their gaming adventures. With 20+ years of playing TTRPGs, we put a lot of thought and care into our products. Products that we are proud to use at our own tables. So join our community and let the adventure begin.


What type of resin do you use and will it fade?
We use epoxy resin and have taken great lengths to test different brands to ensure we offer the highest quality. Resins can oxidate and change over time due to a myriad of elements. When resin is exposed to direct UV/sunlight it tends to brown or yellow. It is recommended to use the box the dice arrived in or your own housing to keep them safe and prolong their lifespan. To protect your gaming tables we also recommend a rolling tray. 

Are the dice balanced?
Our dice are suitable for casual tabletop play, but shouldn't be mistaken for casino-grade dice. Every additive placed within the dice has been thought out to avoid getting the same roll. Occasionally we may add dice to our shop intended as an art collectible which will be noted on the listing. 

Do you offer dice commissions for my own design idea?
We are happy to talk about your design and evaluate if we have the capacity to create it and the cost to do so. Please visit the Contact page to send us a message. 

Are your shirts true to size?
Our shirts are designed with unisex sizing, which means they run slightly larger than typical women's shirts and a bit smaller than traditional men's shirts. You can order your regular size for a standard fit or opt for a size down for a more snug look.

How are your designs applied to the fabric?
Our designs are printed onto the fabric using a technique called Flat embroidery. This method allows for a wide range of colors and results in a vibrant design on your gear. Additionally, it's an environmentally friendly process.

Can I make changes to an order once it's placed?
Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. If you catch an error early on, you might be able to contact the shipping carrier for assistance. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we'll issue you a store credit once we receive it. However, if your order is already being processed by our team, changes cannot be made. Please ensure your order details are accurate before finalizing.

Can I apply a discount code after the purchase?
Discounts need to be applied during the checkout process and cannot be added retroactively. This policy applies to sales and automatic discounts as well.

Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled if they haven't entered the production phase. However, once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

Will “out of stock” items be restocked?
Yes, signing up for our newsletter will be your best opportunity to learn about restocks and new product releases.

Where does Harbor Street ship from?
Typically, California, USA. However, we work with fulfillment centers around the world to assist with shipping needs. 

Does Harbor Street ship internationally?
We're working on expanding our shipping destinations, once on the checkout page, you’ll be able to see the countries available. Please check our Shipping page for more information.


How long will it take for my order to ship?
Your order will ship in approximately 3-7 business days but may vary depending on demand. Once shipped the arrival date will depend on location and the demands of the shipping carrier (i.e. USPS, FedEx, etc.). You'll receive an email with your order's tracking number and estimated delivery date once available. Please plan accordingly around the holiday season.

We are not responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by shipping carriers
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery

    I need help with my order or need to return my item.
    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@findharborstreet.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and a description of the issue. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly.

    If you're unsatisfied with your order within 30 days of receiving it, please contact us. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we will refund the item price (excluding shipping fees) if needed.
